All general customer orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. Those placed over the weekend or on holidays ship out the next business day. Those placed on business days before 3:00 PM PST ship out on the same day. Refer to the table below for the cut-off times and their applicable shipping options.

Free Shipping

Customers can enjoy free shipping for orders exceeding $99 in their shopping cart. Orders fulfilled through LTL freight shipping are not eligible for free shipping. This policy applies to shipments within the contiguous United States and does not include shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

LTL Freight Shipping

If your order is fulfilled by LTL shipping methods, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery times. Please ensure your shipment is scheduled and you or an authorized signee is available to accept the delivery during the scheduled time. You will incur a return fee if you fail to schedule the delivery, are unavailable to receive it, or cancel it during transit. This return fee will be deducted from any requested refunds. Delays in scheduled shipping may incur storage fees from the freight carrier.

Partial Shipments from Pre-Orders and Backorders

General customer orders containing in-stock and pre-order products will not be shipped until all the items in the order are available to ship. Please place in-stock items in a separate order from pre-order items if you need in-stock items to be shipped first. If your order includes back-ordered products, our customer service team will contact you to choose whether to wait for a restock, receive a refund for these products, or ship the in-stock products first.

Time Critical Orders and Air Shipments

For time-critical orders, place your order by 11:30 AM PST (Mon–Fri) to guarantee same-day shipping. Orders placed after this time or on weekends ship the next business day. For Saturday delivery with Second Day Air or Next Day Air, add a note at checkout or request it by phone. Additional UPS fees may apply. Without this request, delivery will occur on the next business day.

Freight Collect

You may opt to use Freight Collect by providing us with your UPS or FedEx shipping account number. Please contact us to place an order to ship with Freight Collect.

International Shipping

AC Infinity accepts orders from and ships to certain countries outside of the USA and Canada. Please note that international orders are subject to limited returns, exchanges, and warranty policies. Please see the International Orders page for more details.
